Got oil change/tire rotation. That took way longer than expected. In the process of rotating tires they found 2 nails in the tires, offered to replace /fix at a rate higher than I That took way longer than expected. In the process of rotating tires they found 2 nails in the tires, offered to replace /fix at a rate higher than I could find elsewhere. I declined the service. After I declined the tire replacement stating I would get it done elsewhere they scraped my inspection sticker off the window stating 'you would fail an inspection with the nails in your tires'. I didn't ask for the inspection this time because I thought it was done when I asked in March. My inspection was overdue because they failed to do it when I DID ask. So they took it upon themselves to initiate an inspection I didn't ask for and scrape my expired sticker off w/o my permission to do so after I declined the overpriced service that likely would have taken SO much longer to complete than it took me to drive 30 minutes to 2 different shops to get the tires fixed and then the car inspection. More

They kept me there forever or two hours. And then charged me $200 for a cabin filter I wasn’t prepared to do. That’s JUST SERVICE. Sales is worse. The only thing wrong is that after doing the inspection the wheels were tightened to much with a impact gun...I had. To use 2 Foo t pipe on. Lug wrench to. When I purchased my car Alex was wonderful. I do regret pushing my payment from $297.00 to $445.00 because of warranty’s. Also trying to get the Service Dept on the phone was a feat. There are several phone numbers for the service dept. Finally I found the correct one, and had to leave a message. My father brought my car in and I needed an inspection. He also got me an oil change. My car is only a year old. The department did press the up sell to my father. Telling him I needed a wheel alignment, and a cabin filter. He told the service dept. To hold off on both. Now since the cabin filter was taken apart to check it , now it’s making a fluttering sound , a noice that I didn’t have in the first place. I would appreciate honesty and clarity when I bring my car in., I’m not saying I do t believe you service guy but I’m not looking to spend money on a new car. More
