Blown Engine While driving from Saratoga Springs back to New Jersey following a family wedding, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata shut down traveling southbound on the Northw While driving from Saratoga Springs back to New Jersey following a family wedding, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata shut down traveling southbound on the Northway (I 87). My car was towed to a AAA service center where the vehicle was diagnosed with “catastrophic engine failure”. This repair facility said it had located a used engine, and that the cost to replace the engine would be approximately $4300. Research through Hyundai using my VIN number reflected a recall on the vehicle because of engine related issues. I had my vehicle towed to Fuccillo Hyundai where Nick from the service center diagnosed the problem and was able to get approval through Hyundai America to replace the engine at no cost! Nick was incredibly communicative in keeping me informed about the progress, and called almost daily to let me know how the repairs were progressing. To say I was thrilled with the fact that he was able to have my car repaired at no cost would be a huge understatement. Although I doubt I will ever have need for their services in the future, because I have several family members and friends who live in the Albany area, I have told everyone about my experience and would recommend them to anyone! More

Nick Fear was courteous to me.I told him that my disc brakes I met Nick Fear service mgr and told him That my disc brakes need inspection. I also had transmission and coolant changed. Brake pads had three mm I met Nick Fear service mgr and told him That my disc brakes need inspection. I also had transmission and coolant changed. Brake pads had three mm remaining. Total repair and service came to over $800. dollars.Hyundai had a rewards program saving me 10 percent off the Total. More
Long distance help I was out of state and needed help with a horrendous “rattle”. Fucillo Hyundai came to my rescue! They scheduled an immediate appointment, did a thorough safety inspection, identified several issues and then remedied them all. The rattle? My front tire lug nuts were almost all disengaged! Don't lie to your customers I don't think I will be returning. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Something that should not cost $74. Then after waiting extra long for my vehicle I was told a xxxxxxxx story about a defective oil filter and that oil had sprayed all over my engine. I think this is code for "we forgot to tighten down the oil filter," and are now going to lie about it. Then I was told that they cleaned it up as good as they could but that I will smell burning oil for at least 3 days and that it should go away. I opened the hood and there is oil everywhere that they could have cleaned up and it wreaks of oil inside and out. And my prize for all this is to wait longer uninformed, be lied to, and pay full price which is higher than anyone else. Not a single dollar off or appology. I guess I got what you advertise: a HUGE headache, a HUGE bill, and a HUGE lie to go with it. More

I have an extended warranty, so I only had to pay my deductible. They fixed the transmission, and my horn that had stopped working some time ago. They also fixed a sensor that made my airbag light come on. More
