My car came in for a thermostat to be replaced and an oil and filter change. After 3 hours in the shop the only thing done was the thermostat replacement. It is an hour and 15 minutes to get to the shop an and filter change. After 3 hours in the shop the only thing done was the thermostat replacement. It is an hour and 15 minutes to get to the shop and another 3 hours at the shop and I have to bring the car back for the oil change. This is in my view unacceptable. More

Filthy! Impersonal! Incomplete services!! I had an appointment and was there WAY too long. While waiting there in the customer service area, watching the Impersonal! Incomplete services!! I had an appointment and was there WAY too long. While waiting there in the customer service area, watching the personnel was very overwhelming! Very unprofessional! What good did it do to make an appointment with you all???AND MY CAR STUNK OF GREASE AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED!! Settings were changed in my car and not put back to the original settings I had placed on my car! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO YOUR DEALER!!! More
