I had such a horrible experience I got my husband involved. He said he knew the manager from the past and that didn’t help either. Left my car there for almost a week and they didn’t diagnose it involved. He said he knew the manager from the past and that didn’t help either. Left my car there for almost a week and they didn’t diagnose it correctly. Had to have it towed back for not starting then when I picked it up my backup camera wasn’t working and then they ran that repair they my 3rd party warranty and made me pay the deductible when they broke it. Had a service date for 03/01 at 10:30am and was engaged by an extremely aggressive manager (Michael), and another manager (Nick) who stated to me in the Service Department: "just get the xxxx out of here!" by an extremely aggressive manager (Michael), and another manager (Nick) who stated to me in the Service Department: "just get the xxxx out of here!" Your managers are so unprofessional and are such an embarrassment to this dealership. Anyone who oversees these people,should be truly ashamed, and both need to be removed from their employment ASAP!! Purchased two brand new vehicles at this dealership in the last nine years, and will NEVER do any business there in the future. I'm also informing everyone and anyone I hear looking to purchase a new vehicle, stay away from Fuccillo Hyundai of Schenectady!!! Will also be addressing Hyundai Corporate Office with a certified letter outlining the entire episode. More

I was a little disappointed that I bought a car at your dealership a few months ago that had a loud blower motor and when I brought it in they wanted to charge me to pull it apart to look at it.
