Ken was the best!! Ken was absolutely amazing!!! He was so accommodating when I showed up with no appointment and frantic that my car was broken!! My car was done two Ken was absolutely amazing!!! He was so accommodating when I showed up with no appointment and frantic that my car was broken!! My car was done two days prior than I had been told and all was covered under my warranty! He then went above and beyond .... the day he called me to tell me it was ready my husband was unexpectedly in the hospital and he made sure he had my car delivered to my house within two hours of his phone call! I could not be any more pleased with the service I received! I have not taken my car there for service since I bought it but I sure do plan on it now because I am now aware of the sincere, kind, and amazing service!!! It was all Ken!!! I seriously didn’t have to do anything!!! I was going through a very difficult time and he made it sooo much easier!!! Look forward to seeing him again for my next service!!!! More
A No Problem Appointment and Maintenance Service I had called for an appointment to bring my Sorento in for Inspection, Oil and Filter change, and wheel rotation. They said "no problem bring the car I had called for an appointment to bring my Sorento in for Inspection, Oil and Filter change, and wheel rotation. They said "no problem bring the car in anytime". When I got there I was a happy to see Ed the manager and Heath who sold me the vehicle, they came with me to the service area, made sure that I was getting what I wanted and when we were done, Ed had a loner car waiting for to take until my car was ready. They called me When the car was ready, and I drove up at my convenience to pickup my car. When I got there they went through what they did and they even gave my car a great wash in and out!! Thank You Fuccillo's , and Ed said "No Problem" More

Still going strong. I have two Kia’s, a 2003 Sorento and 2007 Spectra5. They run like new because of the excellent service they continue to get from the service departme I have two Kia’s, a 2003 Sorento and 2007 Spectra5. I have complete confidence in my Kias and this service department helps me keep it. More
Noise coming from inside engine compartment So I left this service center which sounded more like a sales Center just a few minutes ago. I went in for an oil change and a noise coming from the e So I left this service center which sounded more like a sales Center just a few minutes ago. I went in for an oil change and a noise coming from the engine compartment that sounded like metal on metal. After hearing the service gentleman come out several times selling various services from transmission flushes to brake checks he then came over to me asking if he can do a tire alignment so that they can hear the noise better. They said it is very faint and sometimes normal for Kias which I've owned four of now... I'm not unless it becomes more pronounced it shouldn't be a problem. Let me translate that this is covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and we would prefer not to get into it right now because we can't sell you another service. I declined a tire alignment and simply said finish the oil change I left there luckily only being charged $44. This was after the two to three people before meets were charged 800 250 and $360. I will go to a reputable Kia service center and I am sure I will get this fixed I have a quick 15 seconds of video where the noise is obvious when my seven-year-old little girl says Dad what's that sound coming from the car. I will get it fixed and I will not go back to Fuccillo for anything. Feel free to delete me from your records Billy. More
Terrible Customer Service. I bought a 2013 Kia Forte from Fuccillo. I had a great experience and was more than happy to send them business. I am loyal customer till the end. I found out that loyalty doesn't mean anything to be a big business like Fuccillo. I went to get a replacement inspection sticker and was told that my car didn't not past inspection. The crazy thing is I was just there 2 weeks before to get my inspection and was told I needed a back bulb replaced to past inspection. No problem. So when I come back, I was told another back light is out and they had to order it. So no replacement sticker. Ok, that was too suspicious to me. I wanted to speak to a manager, instead I got the run around. Spoke to a rude girl from the service dept and she was nasty because I questioned my situation. Long story short, I AM DONE WITH FUCCILLO. Customer service is important and how you deal with customers is what makes them want to return. More
Terrible Service After service that took over 10 days, the car heated less that 1/4 mile from dealer ship. the bill was for $1510.00 and over half of the problems wer After service that took over 10 days, the car heated less that 1/4 mile from dealer ship. the bill was for $1510.00 and over half of the problems were not fixed. Had to have the car towed to another collision service to have it fixed. Fuccillo advisor said it must have been a coincidence. Presently the car is being serviced and is ready to roll by H&V Collision. The bill there was another $2000.00 worth of repairs. The advisor's name is Christopher Fonda. I recommend employees such a this a "pink slip". I will never do business with Fuccillo again at any of their dealerships! More
