I have never been to any other dealership where I was treated with such courtesy and respect. Everyone there held a very positive attitude and demeanor towards them and worked really hard to get me a great deal! I will continue to use Matthew's Motors for all of my vehicular needs. I was extremely happy with the vehicle and the professionalism that everyone has. My experience was great and I was not held in the office for an all day experience like most dealerships do. Thank you all for everything and making my purchase very simple. You all will be recommended to everyone I know. More

I contacted Matthews Motors back in June 2013. I spoke with Shawn who agreed to meet with me one afternoon. I met with Shawn, who had me to complete a credit application. I submitted the application, al with Shawn who agreed to meet with me one afternoon. I met with Shawn, who had me to complete a credit application. I submitted the application, along with paystubs and all of my other very personal, confidential information. Shawn then introduced me to Finance Manager, Tim Cottle, and explained that someone would be in contact with me within a business day or two. Well, I never heard anything back from anyone at Matthews Motors and would have appreciated a follow-up call, even if it was going to be a denial for credit. I do not feel good about having gave them all of my confidential information (putting trust in what they promised to do), and to not even receive a follow-up phone call back. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMON COURTESY AT ALL. More

I am very satisfied with my experience. The team worked with me to make sure that I went home that day in the vehicle that I wanted. They worked quickly and diligently to get my financing completed and ev with me to make sure that I went home that day in the vehicle that I wanted. They worked quickly and diligently to get my financing completed and even stayed a little late so I could fit in a good test drive and take my time making a decision. After bankrupcy, I didn't think that getting a better vehicle was possible until I made a phone call to Dave. Within 4 days, not only did I have a better car and was able to trade in my other vehicle bu vehicle was possible until I made a phone call to Dave. Within 4 days, not only did I have a better car and was able to trade in my other vehicle but my sister had one too! Dave was really nice to work with and really made the process less stressful making this one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More

I rated Matthews Motors the way I did because I really did recieve EXCELLENT, PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL service from the moment I drove onto the Lot of the Dealership. Mike Kerns was very helpful and I DI did recieve EXCELLENT, PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL service from the moment I drove onto the Lot of the Dealership. Mike Kerns was very helpful and I DID NOT feel pressured to or persuaded at any time. I came to the lot ALREADY focused on the car I wanted to purchase. Mike Kern"s "friendly demeanor" allowed me to become totally acquainted with my decision on the vehicle during the Test Drive. I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED!! (VERY IMPORTANT!)... I really do appreciate that I DID NOT get the sense of being "handled" or "Manipulated" at anytime I was at Matthews Motors.
