I worked with Alicia for my car appraisal to see if I could get into a different vehicle and she did a wonderful job helping me. I was surprised to see all new faces at the service and parts department. I was there for a lube , oil, and oil filter change per my notice from my vehicle. I declined a tire rotation because one , it was parts department. I was there for a lube , oil, and oil filter change per my notice from my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle there approximately two and a half years ago and this visit was charged double the price of my last service. Thankfully the person at the service desk adjusted the bill. Thus the reason for the 4 star rating. More
