This dealership is complete garbage. They sold me a car that has been defective since I drove it off the lot. I had a life threatening defect in my integra that they claimed was caused by road conditions only for that to be proven false after Honda came out with a recall for the steering wheel. I have a hatch that they cannot fix after multiple attempts. I also am on my 4th amp at 63k with a completely stock car. They refuse to buy it back even though they can’t fix my problems. I wrote a review on Facebook they blocked my account and reported it so my ENTIRE account got deleted. Since that happened my review no longer shows up on their facebook page. They didn’t want anyone to see the xx that I went through because of the crap car they sold me. Do not go here because they are dishonest and incompetent. God sees everything and karma will catch up to these scam artist soon enough. More

Service is beyond Horrible… I took my 2009 Acura in for an oil change. Their “inspection” produced a repair estimate of $13,405 many of the recommendations requiring immediate attention. Almost all of the required fluid exchanges had already been done. I was told that my front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced ($1,787.14) The service manager showed an inconclusive picture to support the leak. I told him I had replaced them myself within the last 2 yrs. He seemed surprised when I told him to show me the leaks. I was told that my front lower control arms had cracked bushings and required immediate replacement at a cost of $4,570.47. Again, I requested that he show me as I had replaced them myself less than a year ago. When my car was put back on the lift, I was told that neither the front or rear struts were leaking, it was recommended due to the mileage. The bushings on the control arms were not cracked but possibly had small cuts on them. The bottom line is the technician and service manager made in my opinion, a blatant attempt to charge me for a slew of unnecessary work. So maybe my wiper blades could be replaced and yes, my hood struts were shot and would not hold up my hood. Since I keep a prop rod in my trunk, paying $408.36 was a ridiculous suggestion. After refusing all of their ludicrous recommendations, I paid for my oil change and left. About three hours later, I opened my trunk to put groceries in and was greeted by three LIVE MICE. I emptied the trunk and put two glue traps in over night. That next morning, I found FIVE mice in my trunk. I have owned the car for 14 yrs and have never had mice in my car nor have I ever had them in my house. Coincidence… not likely. In my opinion, the service department should not be allowed to be in business. They are completely dishonest and vindictive. This is just one of the reasons people hate car dealers. I will never take my car to MAUS Acura for any reason. Likewise I will take my new car business elsewhere. They are pathetic. They got a one star because I could not post a review without a rating.
