Great experience I called the same day to schedule my oil change, made my appointment very quickly and easily. My service rep told me it would be about an hour to hour I called the same day to schedule my oil change, made my appointment very quickly and easily. My service rep told me it would be about an hour to hour and half, which was reasonable, but two of my excitement might oil was changed within half an hour. More

45 minutes for oil change and first inspection Ferman Acura had lived up to their expectations. Service writer was great personable, very helpful and I am very pleased, I did forget to mention so Ferman Acura had lived up to their expectations. I would recommend Ferman Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And I can't say enough about Noorul Very professional definitely knows the products, took time setting up my new MDX, and convinced me with his patience as I had stopped in Ferman Acura in September and didn't purchase the vehicle until November. My husband has been in car sales all of his life working for Ford as well as Tampa hondaland and Brandon Honda and I told him that once he met Noorul he wouldn't want to purchase from ANYONE else. Which he agreed once he too met with him. More
