Bad News, Great Service! I wouldn't be a customer of Ferman Mazda, Chrysler and Acura for more than 20 years, if I didn't come to expect authentic people and great service. My recent reason to bring my car in for service was a sudden loss of power steering on my 2006 Acura TSX. The car is aging, but it is the best car I've ever owned in terms of driving satisfaction, reliability, and value, and I want to drive it forever. I called my regular Service Advisor, Bryan, and he suggested I fill the power steering reservoir with fluid, monitor the way it steers and bring it in if necessary. Late Friday afternoon, that's what I did. Unfortunately, by the time I got home, power steering was gone again and the reservoir empty. By then it was too late to reach Bryan. I couldn't drive the car, but I needed to travel the next day. I went online at 7:30am to discover there is a service chat line. Who knew? I reported my problem and asked if I could bring in the car for repair but more importantly, would they have a loaner available for me? After a brief exchange on the chat line, another Service Advisor, Mike, was calling me on the phone to assure me that I could bring in the car and he would have a loaner vehicle for me. By 9:00am my car was in good hands and I was driving out with a new TLX loaner. On Monday, the news was bad. The rack and pinion assembly was leaking like a sieve and there were indications of minor leaks from the hose and the pump. The cost of repair was astronomical. Mike said that they would look for after-market equipment to lower costs, but for the rack and pinion assembly, there are no after-market replacements. However, the service department and my two advisors Bryan and Mike, were able to limit replacement to the rack and pinion assembly for now, with replacement of pump and fluid line later and they were able to apply some discount coupons to save me $200 overall. The cost was still over 2 grand, but I felt everyone in the service department was trying their best to limit my financial exposure. I will have to monitor the fluid level every couple of weeks, and eventually replace the other leaking components, but it was the efforts made and the treatment I received that make me a life-long Ferman man. More

Standard Oil & Filter Change Service was fast and friendly. Shuttle service is a plus but I didn't need it on this occasion as they completed the service so within 30 minutes. The best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I initially saw a vehicle online I was interested in from Ferman. I was contacted by Andres Acevedo who provided me with requested information and an I initially saw a vehicle online I was interested in from Ferman. I was contacted by Andres Acevedo who provided me with requested information and answered all my questions concerning the vehicle. He set an appointment for me to view and test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival, Andres was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Ferman Acura certainly does itself a great service by having him in its employ. Ernest is also a great asset to the team. He helped me tremendously, and took his time to explain all options available to me without being overbearing. This was absolutely a very different car buying experience than one normally expects. Kudos gentlemen!! More
