I brought my friend, my son, my husband, and my daughter to the dealership on different days and the customer service was incredible. Alan Steinberg was our sales associate and was always helping someone when we popped in, un-announced and without an appointment, to look at the Acura RDX and MDX vehicles. His co-workers stepped up and answered questions for us without hesitation. The experience of purchasing the new RDX was excellent! Alan, Andre and Scott made the transition quite simple! Maintenance/repair I had a 10:24 drop off time. When I got there Bryan Anderson was ready for me and took my car right in. I decided to wait to see how long it would b I had a 10:24 drop off time.
