hey ronswrld, We truly strive to give our customers the top experience and appreciate this feedback. We take every review and customer seriously, however by your username we are having trouble finding the pre owned vehicle you purchased from us so that we may reach out to you and try and resolve this so called issue you are having. If you bought an as is vehicle, and one of the 2 keyfobs are not correctly working , we are more than happy to help with it the best we can. Lemon law is a safety issue and although a secondary keyfob is super important to have, it is in fact not a safety issue. We are glad you love your vehicle over all, and glad that your able to be safe while driving it.

Yes, the 2022 Honda Ridgeline with 19,000 miles on it was $33,000. I didn’t complete the deal until the next day as I had to give you the title to my trade in. I handed the key fob to Jan, he disappeared and returned saying it was all set. No it wasn’t ! Back to Jan three more times and three more your all set. xxxxxxxx. Jan says there is nothing else I can do you bought the vehicle as is. So I gave you a bad review because a used car salesman blew me off. Maybe you should send Jan to some Human Relation courses. My guess is that he never told anyone and he never replaced even the battery. Total inappropriate behavior for a Acura Dealer. Better Business Bureau gave Maus Acura a “C” Rating and as far as I’m concerned You Deserve It. Ronswrld@yahoo.com
