Areynolds, first and foremost thanks for your business.. Unfortunately we do not have unlimited loaner vehicles. We try and keep a couple available for situations like yours but they were already gifted. As you pointed out we have alternate transportation and offer pick up and drop off as well. Also glad we were able to resolve the fin antenna that we were responsible for replacing. In the future please reach out to Stephon or Ryan and we will do what we can to make up for your displeasure.

Thank you for your response. Just for the record, i was not initially informed of the shuttle service. The first time, i provided my own transportation and the second time for the other repair, i had to ask for it. It would be appreciated if that is communicated with the customer.
