Jeremy was a big help in getting my vehicle brought around. The Ferman Acura folks made sure my car was ready when I arrived for pick up. Jennifer in the service collision center was most helpful, because I went to the wrong location and she took the time to track down Jeremy and direct me to the correct building to pick up my vehicles.
