What impressed me the most was how genuine everyone was, when they said the work would take 2 or 3 days - they meant it! They even called to let me know how it was going and they set up the rental car pick up and drop off. Where we all hope to never have to visit a collision center, I know if I ever have to do it again that I would definitely return to Ferman. More

No pressure or haggling tactics...…. Salesman Alan Steinberg was great (both times), Took a lot of time going over the cars features and was always aggregable to as many test drives of various trim lines of vehicle and never pushed us. When we decided to make the purchase, Alan had all of the documents ready to sign and the finance dept documents ready also. Maybe the smoothest new car purchase we've made! Luv'in our 2019 RDX!!!
