There are dealers closer to me, of course, but Ferman keeps winning my business with their pricing and service. More

Upon arrival I requested an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, secure driver’s seatbelt that was rattling and identify I scheduled an oil change. Upon arrival I requested an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, secure driver’s seatbelt that was rattling and identify a noise that is made when my MDX is placed in reverse with the wheels slightly turned. This request was accepted without any issues. All items were completed with the exception of the noise which was not heard by the technician. I received communication and service without delay!
