I got a new car last month and I’ve probably been asked to complete 12 surveys. Not sure what’s going on with that, but even after unsubscribing, I am still getting yet again another survey to complete. Will just have to start giving a poor rating for every survey I get. I would’ve given 5 Stars but it’s been a month now so I’m going with just 4 stars now. More

Best customer service I have had in a long time! My MDX had some major computer issues causing the vehicle to be in and out of the shop… Mostly in… Over the course of the last eight months. Not only My MDX had some major computer issues causing the vehicle to be in and out of the shop… Mostly in… Over the course of the last eight months. Not only did Furman Acura provide me a loaner car they also brought it to me several times when I needed it. In addition because we lease the vehicle they actually paid my lease payment for me for three months. It was the right thing to do and they never questioned it when I talked to them about it. Still having trouble with the car still working with Furman but I know they’re going to get it right! More
