Scratches on my right passenger door When my car was brought in for repairs, it have no scratches on it. However, when I came to pick up my car last Thursday, July 12, 2018 thank goodnes When my car was brought in for repairs, it have no scratches on it. However, when I came to pick up my car last Thursday, July 12, 2018 thank goodness that I was inspecting the entire vehicle. That's when I found the scratches on the right passenger door. Great customer care and service Made an appointment online to bring my 2016 RDX in for service, the air conditioner stopped working. I had just had vehicle in for regular service che Made an appointment online to bring my 2016 RDX in for service, the air conditioner stopped working. I had just had vehicle in for regular service check a few days before and since I had never had a single issue before, I was concerned. When I pulled in to drop car off, I was immediately greeted by Robert Walker my service advisor, who had my car brought back to be looked at. After a short time I was told parts needed to be ordered and that this would take a few days. I was lent a beautiful new RDX and sent on my way. It took a few more days to get parts, Robert was in constant communication with me about the status of my car the entire time. When I arrived to pick up my RDX, Robert was very thorough in explaining to me what was done to fix it, he also made sure It was wased & cleaned inside and out. Nobody likes the inconvenience of losing air conditioner in August in Florida, but these things happen and I was very pleased with the overall care I received. More
