Service review I have gone to this service advisor multiple times for the same battery drainage issue in my vehicle. Instead of looking for the underlying reason why I have gone to this service advisor multiple times for the same battery drainage issue in my vehicle. Instead of looking for the underlying reason why the battery continues to drain every 3 months. They just change the battery and send me in my way I return approx. Every 3 months because the battery dies. Each time the advisor doesnt seem to remember the 3 past times I have been there complaining of the issue. I have to explain the situation everytime. He always seems to have a quick response to my complaints on the vechile. Great service providers I probably just wont go to Todd again. He does not explain anything on the invoice or inspection paperwork. Mike and Ed in service were very professional toward me. More

Scratches on my right passenger door When my car was brought in for repairs, it have no scratches on it. However, when I came to pick up my car last Thursday, July 12, 2018 thank goodnes When my car was brought in for repairs, it have no scratches on it. However, when I came to pick up my car last Thursday, July 12, 2018 thank goodness that I was inspecting the entire vehicle. That's when I found the scratches on the right passenger door. Vinny the person I dealt and spoke with was very apologetic and did everything to correct the problem. So he turned a bad into an excellent experience. Thanks Vinny:) More

Great customer care and service Made an appointment online to bring my 2016 RDX in for service, the air conditioner stopped working. I had just had vehicle in for regular service che Made an appointment online to bring my 2016 RDX in for service, the air conditioner stopped working. I had just had vehicle in for regular service check a few days before and since I had never had a single issue before, I was concerned. When I pulled in to drop car off, I was immediately greeted by Robert Walker my service advisor, who had my car brought back to be looked at. After a short time I was told parts needed to be ordered and that this would take a few days. I was lent a beautiful new RDX and sent on my way. It took a few more days to get parts, Robert was in constant communication with me about the status of my car the entire time. When I arrived to pick up my RDX, Robert was very thorough in explaining to me what was done to fix it, he also made sure It was wased & cleaned inside and out. Nobody likes the inconvenience of losing air conditioner in August in Florida, but these things happen and I was very pleased with the overall care I received. More
