Service today was excellent. Timing was not. Had a 9am apppointment that was told would take 1-1:30 hours and it took 2:30 hours. Need to speed up delivery times for customers. Thanks. Greg More

Paul. What needs to happen is that if you are running late in the service dept., the customer needs to be informed. Most people understand delays if there is a good reason. Delays such as weather, parts that are not readily available, recalls that take more time than anticipated are good reasons for a delay. Love the car and loved talking to our salesman Daniel once again. He’s a great kid. More communication will help people understand any unusual delay. Thanks much. Greg
