I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 Titan PRO-4X from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey FL on 4/11/2021. As I test drove the vehicle i I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 Titan PRO-4X from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey FL on 4/11/2021. As I test drove the vehicle it had a flashing shift indicator light, the sales guy said it was due to it being low on fuel. I bought the truck thinking this would go away when the tank was filled. After the tank was filled it didn’t go away but I drove the truck home to find out on the way home that the seatbelts were wet also (leaking sunroof). The next morning (4/12/2021) I drove it back to the dealer and there it sits. After a week, I’m being told that the sunroof seals came in but are not installed and the computer need to be replaced, but the computer is in short supply could be two more weeks until they get one and they are not 100% sure this will correct the flashing shift indicator light. Today 4/20/21, I went back to the dealer, talked to them about swapping out the truck for a different truck since I only drove it roughly 40 miles and had it in my possession for less than 24 hours. Rather than swapping the vehicle for a like Titan PRO-4X instead they decided to negotiate a new truck purchase instead. The first offer they asked for $8,000.00 dollars for a truck that was MSRP $1,400.00 cheaper than the one I bought. (They told me I was trading in a used vehicle) I told them NO. After I cleaned my personal belongings from my truck, they came back at me with another offer of $3000.00 I again said NO. The final time they came back they came at me with $1,000.00 and again I said NO. This is ridiculous! I was at the dealer to speak with management about swapping out a brand new truck I bought a week ago that was broken from the start, not to negotiate a new deal with trading in a used truck . I bought a new truck and I’m just trying to get a truck that is in proper working order. The lemon law will apply to my truck purchase after 15 days. I don’t want to have to pull the trigger on the lemon law procedure. If they only had a loaner/rental truck for me to use while I wait I would be happier. Their line is that the don’t rent out or loan out trucks only cars. ALL I WANT IS MY TRUCK FIXED AND NOT IN 3-4 WEEKS. More

The employees all were nice and my oil change didn't seem to take long, I thought I had a good price at 29 until the add labor- I did know but still cheaper than other places, so over all good experience, ex to take long, I thought I had a good price at 29 until the add labor- I did know but still cheaper than other places, so over all good experience, except for the inappropriate language used by employees in ear shot of customers, I know it's a new world but I guess I am old school and believe in professionalism in your job especially around customers. I was only intending to test drive a Murano and Pathfinder while I was waiting Berumen demonstrated her courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. I was only intending to test drive a Murano and Pathfinder while I was waiting for my 2018 Sentra to be serviced, planning to come back and purchase something else in September, but she was able to get me such a great deal on a beautiful 2019 Murano Platinum that I just couldn't refuse! She even got me a slice of pizza while we waited for the credit check and helped with transferring everything from the Sentra, including my Sun and community gate passes. JD Castle was great with the financing, and Katrina is always a pleasure to work with in service. Please keep awesome people like these at your dealership!! More
