I wouldn’t recommend this service dept. I get my list of things to fix every time I get my oil changed. I take the list home so we can update anything mentioned and we fix or replace our own stuff to keep c things to fix every time I get my oil changed. My next oil change it was said again that I needed to replace the same item I had just replaced between oil changes on our own. The service tech didn’t even check on the item but instead just went off notes from previous oil change. Are they really checking these items on their “inspection”? I think not. Also in my 20+ years of driving and 12 different cars in my lifetime, I have NEVER had to replace lug nuts on my tires. This tells me the techs are over tightening them rounding them out making them unable to take off. More
