Although the trade in was fair they gave us, the rest of our experience was not so good. Our salesman was quick to make the sale, but did not go over what the car featured. After the purchase and me asking our experience was not so good. Our salesman was quick to make the sale, but did not go over what the car featured. After the purchase and me asking where the GPS was, it didn’t have, he couldn’t gotten out of the car faster. I called and talked to chad the manager and no follow through there at all. Once the papers were signed, they are done. I’m very unhappy with how things were handled and them pushing the blame back on us. What happened to the phrase, “I am so sorry, what could we do to make this better and you happy”. Salesman keeps calling asking how is everything going and it’s like he isn’t even listening. We are not happy and I have terrible buyers remorse. I will not go back to Maus to purchase a car nor would I recommend them. Unhappy with the whole experience. More
