This is my 3rd time coming to Muas Nissan of NPR. I know why I continue to do so, their service and strive to make their customers happy. I had an appointment set up with Trevor but unfortunately he had an why I continue to do so, their service and strive to make their customers happy. I had an appointment set up with Trevor but unfortunately he had an emergency come up so he wasn’t able to help me. 10/10 recommend him, he sold me my last car! So this time I had Collin and Jovannie help me. They knew I needed a bigger car for my expanding family and needed my payment at a certain amount. When it was looking like it wouldn’t work, I told them I’ll just come back at a later time. They saw I was upset and drove 45 mins to look at this car and they were determined to make it happen. Which they did. They got me a bigger car with the payment I needed. Nick in finance also did wonders for me. This is the second time I’ve worked with him and he’s always got me where I needed to be. he got me an interest rate that was 5% lower than my last one and a great warranty with Gap that didn’t hurt my payment. It’s people and the service you receive make you come back. I will always pick Maus Nissan and will always tell my friends and family about them. Thank you all for your help. You guys are rock stars.
