Nagy, we can see that you are upset, and apologize if you've had a bad experience. I think a misunderstanding took place. When you brought your 2006 Nissan Murano in for service, you explained that you wanted an oil change, and for us to check on problems with your horn and airbag light. Unfortunately, your vehicle was out of warranty, so we explained that we could diagnose the vehicle for a fee, and that if you chose to get the repair done here, we would apply that fee to the cost of repair. After the diagnostics and the oil change were performed, you were given an estimate, but declined the repair. You were still charged for the oil change and the diagnostics. Normally, we would allow for 30 days for you to come back and get the repair completed, and still have the diagnostic fee credited to the cost of repair, but in order to help you out in this instance, we will allow for up to 60 days from the date of your visit to come back and get the repair completed and have the diagnostic fee apply.
