Crystal, we can see that your last visit did not exceed your expectations, and for that, we apologize. A manager will reach out shortly, but in the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly, and I will be happy to help. To your point, our tech used the decision tree to arrive at a diagnosis, but they did not know to look for a dealer-installed device wired into the fuse box incorrectly- the decision tree took us to the part that failed, that is why the estimate was so high. We are very glad; however, that the dealership that installed that part was able to correct the wiring and resolve your concern!
