I just purchased my 4th Nissan from this dealership. Started with the Juke, 2 Rogues and now the Murano. I’ll be back for the Pathfinder in a few years, I’m sure! Usually I dread coming to the service department because I feel like I'm being hurried and pushed through, not really knowing what is going on with my car. I think there should be snacks on the Service side for customers who are waiting, like there is on the Sales side. Some customers don't get a chance to grab any food before the usual long wait. More

The vehicle is awesome and most people were super friendly and tried to be helpful. There are a couple of things I was misled about. Unfortunately these were big for me and makes me see this dealersh friendly and tried to be helpful. There are a couple of things I was misled about. Unfortunately these were big for me and makes me see this dealership in a different light. One, I was told I would have at least 60 days grace before payment. This did not happen. Yes, I should have read the contract more carefully but I was exhausted from being there for hours. Secondly and actually a deal breaker, I understood the car to have apply play. I asked several times. Come to find out I can’t get it on this vehicle. This upsets me as this is a safety feature for me. If this issue is not resolved, I will need to exchange for a different vehicle and will not be purchasing here. More
