Service advisor was courteous and found a coupon for me which I appreciated. However, many employees inside were not wearing masks, including my service advisor and the cashier. I did not feel safe waitin which I appreciated. However, many employees inside were not wearing masks, including my service advisor and the cashier. I did not feel safe waiting inside so I went outside and sat on a park bench. Cashier (K Tizzle) made no eye contact, did not smile (which I could see without her mask), and was only 2 ft from me. All in all, car service was fine and I will probably be back. But I was disappointed with the mask issues. These are personal choices, but are selfish ones in a professional setting. More
