I good see my car seating right outside the service department, paper work was brought in and it just sat there for 15 minutes. Just 15 minutes prior to that I had inquired to the service writer how much longer it would be before the car was ready. Nobody was at her desk other then some employees chit chatting with her while I the customer was waiting to get my Paper work and leave.. No I was not very happy and she knew it but just acted like she was looking for the paper work that was sitting in front of her for the last 15 minutes. More
