Sir, no one scammed you. Your vehicle was sold to you over a year ago, at wholesale-to-the-public pricing. Unfortunately, you attempted to trade out of the vehicle now, only to discover that it had depreciated in value, after a year and many more miles later, and that you currently owe more than it' s cost in the market. We have no control over the market, and it might just not be the best time for you to trade. As far as your ability to refinance to lower your interest rate and/or payment: you are free to ask any lender, but it will always be subject to their approval, and will take into consideration many factors, including your credit, again, which we have no control over. A mistake was made after maintenance was completed - the advisor forgot to send the vehicle out to be fully detailed, as was originally requested. We understand that this mistake is exceptionally inconvenient for you, as you live nearly 2 hours away from our store. We are reviewing what transpired with our cashier, but please know that no one should ever have been rude, and we strive to treat all of our guests like family. This matter will be addressed, internally.
