I was informed by your service advisor Lance Wallace that my car would be washed after the oil change . To my surprise the car hadn't been washed and to make matters worse the stirring wheel was full of oil. Being new in the area I am driving a Maxima and Rogue and thought you would be the best place for service. You asked me to review your dealership well I think it sucks unless you rectify the problem.
