This is the 3rd and last time I will take my car for service here. Maus is not following protocol for COVID 19. No one wears masks, there are too many sales people and customers in the waiting room. service here. Maus is not following protocol for COVID 19. I had 2 sales people call me hours after to trade in my 2019 car. No one asked about my car and the service. The other 2 experiences with service were also not good. The car purchase last year was very good but the service is very poor. More

Liked Ryan a lot, very personable and for being new seemed to know the working of the car well. He is pretty much the reason I hung in and ended up buying the car. I was in the busines, had done my research and was willing to let you make a reasonable amount of money on it. In today's world that you still operate under the old adage "we had to try" by low balling me on the trade in and price of the new car was very offensive. The fact that we settled for $7,000+ less than your first offer is very telling. I ended making the deal for somewhat more than I wanted, my bad for loving the car and tiring of the hassle. I would never recommend your dealership to anyone who does not know the ins and outs and has done their research. You would take advantage of them in a heartbeat and see it as a success. More
