I had a lovely experience with Carl he was friendly and patient. He was there through every step of my purchasing process and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing and if the Murano was the correct c patient. Chad the sales manager worked very hard to get my car within my budget, however I felt very pressured to make a decision immediately. Justin was the man who first introduced me to my car and he was friendly as well. JD from finance was also very friendly and understanding to make my financial situation work well. Overall, there was a lot of down time and waiting to purchase the car, between negotiations and financing over 2 days I was there for about 7-8 hours.
