Lets begin by pointing out that the service department does not know what they are doing and are scammers. I was taken care by Lance Wallace ID # 712. My car is a 2017 Murano, I bought it with 15,000 mile does not know what they are doing and are scammers. I was taken care by Lance Wallace ID # 712. My car is a 2017 Murano, I bought it with 15,000 miles and it has only 20,000 miles. My maintenance was free. However, they lied to me by telling me that I needes a break flushed and a new part for my break. I believed them and had to pay $120 for their scam. I advise you to NOT go and get your service with this scammer or dealer. More

This is my 2nd nissan this was the worst sales and manager and finance I every experience 1st sales person was sharing personal pictures of his pig and him drunk the fiance manager ran our credit 6 di manager and finance I every experience 1st sales person was sharing personal pictures of his pig and him drunk the fiance manager ran our credit 6 different times and my husband has 878 I felt they could of done a better deal in interest rate also we told them the car needs to be under my name he didn't listen he was just interested in selling me more packages very disappointed especially when the Coronavirus was going on safety measures were not taken and I told them my husband had cancer someone needs to clean up this place I felt like I was being bull...with information that was given to me. I was given a tour of my vehicle never took the time to explain the gadgets. Ilvan was the only one that made me feel secure in my decision More
