Only 3 stars because of length of time the car was down. Lance kept me informed on the progress. Parts were the problem. After they came in. No problem. Would have been 5 stars.. I would have given my visit 5 Stars... except for the excessive time I spent there for an oil change and tire rotation! (2 hours)..Also, I did not rec I would have given my visit 5 Stars... except for the excessive time I spent there for an oil change and tire rotation! (2 hours)..Also, I did not receive a multipoint check up report! All in all, Lance and Ryan were very pleasant, and would return there for all my nissan work. PS... I know the wearing of facial masks are uncomfortable and not mandatory, but it would be kewl gesture to wipe down the interior surfaces touched by the crews with anti bacterial wipes before releasing the vehicles to owners. More

Your staff in the service Department are amazing. They acknowledge you as soon as you drive up. They are courteous and great you with a big smile. Maus care service was completed as expected in the usual 1 to 2 hour wait time with an appointment scheduled as usual.
