HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT! They tell us the car is ours and this and that at night and take our money and tell us to get insurance for a car that’s NOT ours! I have purchased a used Nissan Murano, 2017 vehicle from Maus Nissan The vehicle was in very good shape with exception of a small paint defect which Maus sales management gladly was going to repair. The entire sale staff welcomed me, as they put it “to the Maus family”. This great experience came to a abrupt end when I brought the vehicle to Maus service for the paint chip to be repaired. The service manager told me that this repair will not be cheap it will cost between $300 -$500, and since the order was closed Maus can not do the repair. This doesn’t appear to me as a honest place to do business with especially when I see Maus advertising and saying that they will not lose the customer over price, well, they lost this customer over lot less than price. Just recently I found a message on my phone from Maus telling me they would give me a great deal on a trade in. Really? Does anybody at Maus think that I would ever do business with them or any other Maus dealerships? Not in this lifetime. More
