Never will I ever buy a Nissan nor ever buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again. My 2017 Armada has been serviced 8 times with no resolution. To begin with I was very pleased with the sales people and how they worked with us. But as the stereotype indicates, promises were made and then not held up when my daughter was buying her new car. When I took my car in for service on March 29, it was a good experience other than, not one person came and asked how I was or if I needed anything while I waited for 2 hours and then I had to get up and go look for my car. Your service people did not wipe anything down the whole time I was in there and they were standing in groups shoulder to shoulder. I thank you for the free oil change, washing my vehicle and installing a new radio, but I was not comfortable with the number of people in the small areas at all. More care needs to be taken about fewer people together at this time in our current situation. More
