Cashier rude, & unfortunately in the current climate, no protective actions were taken for disinfecting or social distancing. Employees congregating and socialize with customers wait. If this review stops one person from buying here Awesome Kaitlin called me after I inquired about a 2011 Silverado Ltz. Shortly thereafter I had a tragic accident at work and told her I could not make it til Kaitlin called me after I inquired about a 2011 Silverado Ltz. Shortly thereafter I had a tragic accident at work and told her I could not make it till next week to see the vehicle. However I was willing to put down a credit card deposit over the phone. No need she assured me. In the next 48 hours I received 57 calls from the dealership, even after I called Kaitlin and asked her to please stop her coworkers from hounding me. We also set up a meeting for today Wednesday the 18th for my family to go check out the truck. Our first contact was 10am, I called her and said we were on for tonight. She said perfect. Then I texted her an hour and a half before we were leaving to go there, since it is over an hour drive.She texted back, ok she was waiting. I get to the dealership, find the truck in the lot, and there is a sold sign in it. She was a terrible actress when she lied and said the truck was sold 10 min before I arrived. Then when she “found out it was sold” after dragging us in she proceeded to tell me that I did’nt want that truck anyway it had too many miles! But the day before it was the cleanest truck she ever saw and was anxious to make my dream come true. The way I and my family were treated is no where near what Mr maus describes on this website. Kaitlin don’t care about her customers, all she’s doin is selling cars no matter what. Please go somewhere else, don’t waste your time. More

It took 3-1/2+ hours to complete an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter. An appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. I was at the dealership by 7:20 am. The service was finally completed by 11:45 am rotation, and air filter. An appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. I was at the dealership by 7:20 am. The service was finally completed by 11:45 am. Was also told my vehicle would get washed and vacuumed It was only rinsed off and not vacuumed. I’m frustrated with the poor service. This is typical service received at Maus. Wait, wait, wait.....
