Bad experience turned around I would like to give a big thank you to the wonderful people that went above and beyond to help me since my previous visit was a very bad experience. Jarad was very unprofessional and unpleasant on my first visit. I was greeted on my second visit by salesman Mike Pinero. First of all he was extremely professional and NOT PUSHY. I explained my previous bad exp to him and he was concerned so he let me speak to Keith Walker sales mgr. This gentlemen took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me and was not happy to hear about my previous visit. These two gentleman are top notch they did everything they could to assure my experience was nothing but the best. I was extremely happy with the purchase of my new Rouge. I would also like to add that Joe Migliaccio and Jason Rowland got me the best warranty possible to make up for the previous bad visit. These 4 gentleman are 100% genuine full of compassion and 110% excellent customer service. They proved that Mauss Nissan really does look out for the customers. After leaving very angry after my first visit I'm happy I decided to go back and tell them about my concerns. They turned a very bad exp into a very positive one. Thank you so much for everything you did for me that day when trading in my truck to purchase a new Rogue. Its not everyday people go above and beyond like they did. Kuddos to all of you! Prepare to wait Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I have a very large family and drive an NV3500. When I brought the van in for the check engine light, it was easy dropping it off. The communication afterwards wasn't the greatest but picking it up was the absolute worst. I was informed that instead of unlocking my van and allowing me to transfer my things and my kids from the loan van to my van, the entire service department took their lunch break. You would think that with remote keyless entry, they could have spared a moment of their lunch break to help me out. Then I have to pay $150 for 1 hour's worth of work (no parts, just labor!) Highway robbery! More
Coupon I received a coupon with an expiration date for oil and tire rotation. When my truck needed that service the coupon was expired and it was not except I received a coupon with an expiration date for oil and tire rotation. When my truck needed that service the coupon was expired and it was not excepted. The coupons need to have a longer shelf life. You did not honor your motto. I have taken my truck to your dealer only since purchased. My truck had a power steering noise and your service advisor said it was normal, I took it back spoke to another adviser and had it repaired on the third visit. More
