Just leased my new 2019 Nissan Sentra from Maus in New Port Richey. The staff that helped me Sean, Chad, Jason, Carrie, Kevin, Paul, and Alanna did an outstanding job with the entire process. Quality oil change I have Maus Care and take advantage of the free oil change and tire rotation. They are always on time taking my vehicle back, and the do a great job. I have Maus Care and take advantage of the free oil change and tire rotation. They are always on time taking my vehicle back, and the do a great job. I can also opt for the complementary car wash and most of the time I do. For a free car wash, it comes out pretty good and they even vacuumed my carpets. The only issue I had the last time was I waited 2 hours for all of this to be completed. You can either wait or be driven back to your home while they service your vehicle. If I had known it was going to be 2 hours, I would have opted to be driven home rather than wait. I had things to do and felt like I wanted time by waiting. I still highly recommend this dealership. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. More

I originally came to this dealership when it was Ferman and now Maus is top notch. They work are to meet your needs. I came in as I lost my brother a month ago and I no longer could drive my car due to my brother being in it all the time. I needed something to uplift my spirits and make new memories so I gave them a try. I had an appointment with Matt B but he was unavailable. So Nick and Yudith stepped in and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They were not pushy and were very nice. They spent time with me and answered all my questions. Nick explained all the numbers to me. Which I like. I even got to speak with Trevor who sold me my last vehicle I purchased from Maus last year. So Nick explained thoroughly my situation in a way I understood. Obviously its a process and I wish people would understand that. So to my suprise I got back to financial and there was Kevin!!! He helped me last year with my purchase. When I tell you this dealership treats you like family it is no lie. Kevin has not seen me in a year and he remembered me. He also was very thorough with going over everything with me and explaining my new policy and loan. Everyone has a stigma that if you are a woman and go to a dealership by yourself they will take advantage of you well not here. I fully trust them.
