Unfortunately, miscommunications can, (and do), happen; even despite our best efforts, which leads to missed opportunities. Some things are easy to fix, or repair, while others all we can do is offer an apology. This is once of those times. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced; however, we are unable to change the incentives on the particular vehicle you wanted. The misunderstanding originated from looking at several similar vehicles, each with different packages, and each with their own incentives and residuals. You were quoted for a vehicle that you looked at, just not the one you wanted. This was an honest misunderstanding, and we sincerely hope you accept our apology.
