Relieving My daughter purchased a vehicle a year ago. Then she acquired a teaching job in China. So I had to take over payments, maintenance etc... When I took My daughter purchased a vehicle a year ago. Then she acquired a teaching job in China. So I had to take over payments, maintenance etc... When I took the vehicle in for the first time. John, my car care specialist walked me thru Maus Care that came with vehicle. What a great service to have. I thought that I had to come out of pocket big time. Plus, I thought whoever was next to bring the vehicle back into the bay that's who you got and that's who you dealt with. Real personal attention to the customer not just a number. Plus, they take a panoramic picture of the vehicle just In case you might think that something happens after you give them your keys. I think that's awesome, it covers the customer and them. I'm pretty sure if something does happens they will make it right. John walked me thru the service side and offered me a refreshment and a quiet place to sit while I waited. Little did John know that I had a precalculus exam the next day. The music makes the atmosphere calming. Whatever you came with on you. It slowly has to slide off of you. An awesome plus, plus. I found myself humming along while studying. When the service was complete John came and got me and we went over the checklist. Big Thanks goes out to team Buccaneers. John informed me what was done, what needed attention now and what could wait until later. That made me feel at ease. John wasn't trying to up sale me anything. He listened to my questions and any concerns and answered them. And if there was something out of his scope. John was humble enough to say so and found someone else that was knowledgeable to assist me. I can go on and on about the service that I received but it would take too long. They really stand by their word to never lose business over price. Service is impeccable. Even though I live well over an hour away. I love making the trek. I'd rather do business with a company that strives each day to be upstanding, integral and truthful. Than one that tries to fast talk you, hide things and do not make good on their promises of what they will do after the purchase is complete just to get a sale. They're friendly and kind. My husband kicks himself for not purchasing his last vehicle from Maus. I don't need a movie theater, gym, catered food etc... All the glamour and Hollywood. That's nice and all. However, I want to know that I can trust you to help me navigate in making a big item purchase and feel confident when you drive off in it and months to a year later that I made the best choice. That's what you get from Maus. I inform all of my friends to check them out. I didn't receive any compensation etc... to write this review. More

I was offered 12,500 for my trade-ln. And they in return charge me 27,000 for the desert runner. I felt that was unfair. More
Felt pressured and lied to I was promised a price over the phone after telling all my needs. I was assured I would be ok as long as I came in Black Friday. I said are you sure. Until I got there and it was all a scam to get me there. A widow all by myself talked into a payment I could barely afford and a credit card on top of it all. With a zero % promised. Until I found out it only for a year and then 18.75% after that. AND a four year lease that I had to purchase the bumper to bumper for for the fourth year. A dirty car to drive home in and my license plate which couldn’t be transferred that day. And then the forgot to give it to me and I had to wait for them to bring it to me the next day which made me almost late to my granddaughter recital in Orlando. Horrible. Stressful experience. And I’m a loyalty customer too. My third car from Maus and 6 th Nissan That meant nothing as well. Plus the windows weren’t tinted and I have to go back and have that done. Another 40 minute ride. More

Service All services where not completed and after calling dealership twice I was basically told we are sorry we made a mistake. The tires on my truck where not rotated I was told I need new tires that’s your opinion I had tires looked at by 3 other place not 1 said I need tires just Maus if Maus would have checked my tires correctly you would have seen the screw that was in my tire. So in my opinion no one checked my tires correctly. So that lead to me having a flat tire. But a service manager said to me , we just made a mistake . More

Worst buying experience I've ever had Worst dealership I've ever set foot in. Every employee I dealt with was very polite and super friendly... But buying my car was the single worst buyin Worst dealership I've ever set foot in. Every employee I dealt with was very polite and super friendly... But buying my car was the single worst buying experience I've ever had. There was little to no attention to detail when the paperwork was done. The finance department was absolutely horrible. Wrong name was listed 1st on registration changing the renewal date. So I lost months off my tag for no good reason. I had to return to the dealership countless times to resign contracts due to incorrect information being entered. There is still some incorrect information on the final contract but finance decided it was "good enough". Lack of communication between employees and to customers. Service department was ok other than the car wash. It was pointless. They missed an entire quarter panel. Looked like they washed it in the dark. More
