No one ever helped us. David Maus Jr. never answered any emails or facebook messages about my concerns. Alex Stoughton was literally doing handstands in the finance office with customers in the show room while we were there. I guess you don't get top of the line customer service when you buy one of their used cars. When I bought my Maxima a year ago customer service was phenomenal. Now this time it was a complete 360! Horrible. It's a shame because it was my son's 1st car and he was so excited to get it and the people were jerks. More

So buyer beware of after the sale of your vehicle. Anything that's questionable about maintaining your vehicle is getting money from the customer to pay for something the warranty should cover. Nissan consumer affairs is not much help either they just side with the dealership it should be the Nissan dealership affairs because it is NOT for THE CONSUMER More
