Worst car buying experience in 30 years Biggest complaint was total lack of adequate communication. But on top of that, I was misled on a number of points, the detailing on handover was poor. I asked for a dent to be repaired, and they only knocked out the dent but refused to make good the cracked paint that resulted. On a 2018 prestigious vehicle that’s unacceptable. There were other items which I expected to be addressed using approved Nissan parts, but they outsourced the work using far cheaper alternatives. I have three friends with Nissans, they all love their cars but distrust this dealership More

Unhappy customer I had to pay for a second key fob for my vehicle even though the contract stated that i was to receive two. I was told only one came in with the car, I had to pay for a second key fob for my vehicle even though the contract stated that i was to receive two.
