I have known John Thorne in the service department for Been with Maus Nissan for about three years now and have been very pleased with my experiences! I have known John Thorne in the service department for over 10 years and he is 100% top notch!! He introduced me to Dave Schwartz as I mentioned to John that I was nearing the end of my lease. John said, Dave is one of the best guys on the floor and I'd be in good hands. Well leaving Maus Nisssn today (4/15/19) with a new vehicle, John was beyond correct about Dave!! Dave was exceptional from start to finish! Dave goes past the finish line, walks you to your car after everything is complete and asks you if you need any assistance with the technology aspect of the vehicle to telling you that he will touch base soon! Usually it's the other way around... call me if you need anything.. Dave will call you! To me, that is exceptional customer service!! And thank you to Aldo in financing who was fantastic!! Patient, respectful, explained everything, and very personable! More

We selected a vehicle to test drive, I wanted to drive further on US 19 than their standard test drive route - Dave gave the go-ahead to drive & feel the car. The 2019 Rogue has several nice standard upgrades. I have been a committed Nissan customer for 20 years. Always leasing, I like to have a new car every 3 years - leasing is a great way to accomplish that. I highly recommend Dave to be your Nissan Sales person. More
