We are disappointed to see that you are unhappy with your recent visit. We take the level of service we provide our guests seriously, and though we may have grown into several locations, we are still family owned, and care deeply for our guests. When you came to visit us, from another shop, you did not tell us why they hadn't performed the alignment you asked us to do. When we took a look at your vehicle, we attempted the alignment, but were unable. We informed you as to why the it could not be done, and when we asked about who had just installed your new front lower control arms, you said you didn't remember. We informed you about everything your vehicle needed, and despite our technicians time and effort, we did not charge you at all for service.
