On a Thursday morn, I brought my Armada for an oil change, a check engine light, and two burned out LEDs on the cluster by the speedo and tach. I EXPLICITLY said I was moving back to LA on Saturday and whatever couldn’t be completed by Friday evening would have to wait until I got home. The service writer got warranty approval later Thursday and ordered a new cluster. It was etched with my VIN and mileage that evening and shipped; she told me the estimated arrival was Monday. I told her that was too late and asked if I could drive the Armada home and have them ship the cluster to the Nissan in LA; that was not an option since it already had my mileage programmed into it. Well, it did not arrive until Tuesday evening, which was the last line in the sand I had drawn - I had to pay $500 extra to stay in the house I was supposed to leave Saturday, in addition to rescheduling my U-Haul twice. The cluster should not have been ordered in the first place, and, to make it worse, it was shipped “ground”. Other areas where they failed: the cashier was rude, and they did a very poor job washing the Armada. In addition, there are greasy fingerprints on the “A” pillar, and greasy fingerprint smudges on the newly installed cluster. If I wasn’t past my deadline and had to leave, I would have gone back to have the items cleaned or replaced (“A” pillar trim). The only good thing about the dealership that I can say is the girl (Sam T.) who delivered the truck to me (yes, I insisted they deliver it to me so I wouldn’t have to stop packing and loading the U-Haul) was very friendly and took the time to go through the receipt with me so I could ensure all the work was completed. I will not use this dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone. More

Was in for a scheduled oil change and it took over 3 1/2 hours. Always schedule my oil changes in advance and it is a long wait.
