The service advisor was rude and practiced poor communication. I sat up there waiting for 2 hours for an oil change before I walked back into service office only to be told by my advisor that my ca communication. I sat up there waiting for 2 hours for an oil change before I walked back into service office only to be told by my advisor that my car needed multiple repairs and that he had reached out to my warranty company. First of all I didn't authorize any repairs to be done so how can he take it upon himself to initiate a claim. Secondly his customer-service skills leave much ro be desired. Although I have the maus care for my oil changes I am deeply considering not returning. I would rather pay and be treated well than receive a free oil change and be treated poorly. More

I brought my vehicle back for a reoccurring issue that I've had for almost a year. I've brought my car to Maus Nissan a total of 5 times for the same issue and the issue is never fixed but I am always cha I've had for almost a year. I've brought my car to Maus Nissan a total of 5 times for the same issue and the issue is never fixed but I am always charged for it. Lance is ok but Xavier tried to fast talk me into buying services when this is my 5th time coming for the same thing. I was even being charged for a diagnostic of the problem after I've gotten a diagnostic done the last 5 times with no actual help because now my engine light is on and Maus Nissan wants another 500 dollars for something that should have been fixed the last 4 times. It's time consuming and wasteful to throw money at a issue that should have been fixed months ago More

I like maus. . I just wasn't a huge fan of how they didn't have what MM my rear brakes were at when I first got my car last year on August 7th in the system. Or wh . On top of that, I was told by skeleton that they would give me a packet with everything that was inspected on Saturday and I never got it. But other than that, I love the maus care.. especially the free oil change and tire rotations! More
