Everything was good, except i never received a notice as to when the service was finished. I have to express how truly awesome Reed has been from Maus. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond what ANY other service rep had that I've ever encountered. Service said was done wasn’t done ! Charged for service that was not requested and told them not to do. The service advisor was rude and practiced poor communication. I sat up there waiting for 2 hours for an oil change before I walked back into service office only to be told by my advisor that my ca communication. First of all I didn't authorize any repairs to be done so how can he take it upon himself to initiate a claim. Secondly his customer-service skills leave much ro be desired. Although I have the maus care for my oil changes I am deeply considering not returning. I would rather pay and be treated well than receive a free oil change and be treated poorly. More
