I've been coming to this shop for years now. My experience was always pleasant, staff is very nice, polite and professional. My last visit where I had a few maintenance things done to my Sent My experience was always pleasant, staff is very nice, polite and professional. My last visit where I had a few maintenance things done to my Sentra, I had a pleasure of working with Juan Rodriguez, who took his time to explain and help with any questions I have had. He also went out of his way to help me and also another customer who was waiting in line, even though his work hours were over. Going beyond and above to help a customer like that deserves a special shout-out, especially when it's done with patience, professionalism and kind attitude. More

I was pleased with the professionalism of Brad and Kevin. Brad was most helpful in showing me the various autos I was interested in reviewing.and explaining the difference in each series. When it came time to discuss the final options he laid out each option that was easy to understand. I have leased Nissan cars for the past 15 years from Andy Moore in Indianapolis. I feel Brad’s salesmanship was tops. The only concern I had was the final negotiating. I felt the SL turned in had better upgrades yet it didn’t provide the value that I may have gotten at Andy Moore Nissan. More
